Everything that happens between your first message and a finished 3D tour, plus the few simple things that make the difference between a good scan and a great one.

From enquiry to live tour

  1. Get in touch

    Tell us what kind of space you have, roughly how big it is and what you need: a 3D scan, photos, video, or all three. We come back to you with a quote, usually the same day. Scans start at R1500.

  2. We agree on a date

    We pick a slot that suits your space rather than ours: before opening hours for a busy restaurant, or around existing viewings for a property that is already on the market.

  3. You prepare the space

    A day or two beforehand we send you the checklist below. It takes fifteen minutes to work through and it is the single biggest factor in how good the finished tour looks.

  4. We scan on site

    Our team arrives with the equipment and works through the space section by section. How long it takes depends on the size and layout rather than the type of space. If you have booked photography or video, it happens during the same visit.

  5. We process and deliver

    Within 48 hours at the latest, and usually sooner, you receive your finished tour: a link you can share anywhere, plus the embed code for your own website and your Google Business Profile.

Preparing your space

A 3D scan captures your space exactly as it is on the day, and that is what everyone who opens the tour will see afterwards.

That is the whole point of it, and it is also why preparation matters. Anything left in frame stays in the tour: the delivery box behind the counter, the washing on the line, the light that was switched off. Half an hour of preparation is what makes the difference between a space that looks like it is having a bad morning and one that looks exactly the way you want people to see it.

If anything cannot be moved or should not be captured at all, tell us before we start and we will work around it or leave that area out entirely.

Restaurants, shops and business spaces

  • Switch on all lighting, including accent, display and outdoor lights.
  • Clear and wipe down tables, counters and work surfaces.
  • Set out menus, table settings and signage the way you want them seen.
  • Put staff bags, jackets, phones and paperwork out of sight.
  • Move bins, cleaning equipment, deliveries and stock boxes out of view.
  • Set blinds and curtains the same way throughout the space.
  • Tell us which areas are off-limits, such as kitchens, offices and storerooms.

Homes, apartments and property listings

  • Switch on all lights and open curtains and blinds for natural light.
  • Clear surfaces and put away personal photos, documents and post.
  • Make the beds, close cupboard doors and tidy the bathrooms.
  • Move cords, bins, laundry, pet bowls and toys out of sight.
  • Move cars off the driveway if the exterior is being captured.
  • Have any staging furniture and decor in place before we arrive.
  • Close off or clear any room you would rather not have captured.

What you receive

Your finished tour is hosted and ready to use. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain on your side.

  • Embed code that drops the tour straight into your own website.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a scan take?

It depends on the size and layout of the space rather than what kind of space it is. A café and an apartment of a similar size take roughly the same time. Almost every project is completed in a single visit, and we confirm a time window with you when we book the date.

How soon do I get the finished tour?

Within 48 hours of the scan at the latest, and in most cases sooner. We will tell you on the day if anything is likely to take longer.

Do I have to close my business while you scan?

No. We work through the space section by section, so we only need the area we are busy with to be clear of people for a few minutes at a time. For restaurants and shops the easiest slot is usually before opening or during a quiet period, and we are happy to plan around your trading hours.

Does anyone need to be there during the scan?

Someone needs to let us in and show us which areas are off-limits. After that you are welcome to carry on with your day, and we will find you when we are finished.

Where can I use the finished tour?

Anywhere you like. Embed it on your own website, send the link directly to customers or buyers, post it on social media, and add it to your Google Business Profile so people exploring your business on Google Maps can step inside before they visit.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Cape Town and work across the Western Cape, including Stellenbosch and the surrounding towns. If your space is further afield, just ask, and we will confirm everything, travel included, in your quote.

What does it cost?

Scans start at R1500. Every space is different, so the final price depends on the size and layout of yours and on what else you need, which is why we quote per project rather than working from a fixed price list. Tell us the type of space, roughly how big it is and what you need, and we will send you a quote, usually on the same day.

How do the NFC Google review tags work?

The tag sits on your counter or on the table. A customer holds their phone near it and your Google review page opens straight away, with no searching, no typing and no QR code to scan. It is the easiest way we know to turn a happy customer into a review.
